ACADEMIC and HOSPITAL AFFILIATIONS (previous & current):

Dr. Kelley served as a CLINICAL FACULTY in the Department of Medicine at The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine & Health Sciences Center while working as Staff Internist at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1999.

Served as the MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF THE  CORONARY CARE UNIT & MEDICAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (2005 to 2006) at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR   of the Department of Utilization Review  & CHAIRMAN OF THE  UTILIZATION REVIEW COMMTTEE (2005 TO 2006) at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Las Vegas, NV (a 15 member committee which consists of physicians & the CEO of the hospital) whose function was: to oversee that" QUALITY CARE" is delivered to patients in the facility.
